Lindsley has more than 25 years of experience successfully working with hospitals and health systems to grow their market share, campuses, and health networks to enhance patient access. Her strategic advisory work has consisted of market analyses, master facility planning, ambulatory network planning, strategic plan development, partnership assessments, and mergers and acquisitions. Lindsley has led international, national, and boutique firms working on mission-critical engagements. She has served as faculty with the American College of Healthcare Executives, speaking on healthcare trends, developing networks, innovative care delivery models, and physician alignment strategies.
Before joining ECG, Lindsley has worked with a variety of clients, including large national healthcare providers, academic medical centers (AMCs), children’s hospitals, regional providers, independent providers, safety net institutions, FQHCs, and Critical Access Hospitals. Lindsley most recently served as a managing director at BDC Advisors and director at Guidehouse, leading the facility and network planning service line. Example projects and clients include a $6.0 billion strategic master facility plan for Spectrum Health (now Corewell Health); a $1.5 billion master facility plan, an ambulatory network plan, and development of the Citizen’s Blue Ribbon Committee report for JPS Health Network; and enterprise-wide patient access and patient experience strategy development for a top international children’s specialty hospital.
